Out of an abundance of caution I called West Coast Correct craft to make sure there were no torque specifications on replacing my knock sensor on the Excalibur motor. The guy I spoke with told me to be sure I torqued it back down to 15lbs or it may not work correctly. He said they got a whole bunch of 2003's in from the factory witth the sensor just hand tightened. Every single one of them put the motor into safe mode. When they torqued them down to 15 pounds all troubled went away.
Just a word to the wise to people that are still draining their blocks this spring.
