Sport Nautique Newbie with Newbie Type Maintenance Questions

I love my 93 Sport Nautique (340 hours) 5.7, but upon picking up from so-called 'summerization', I noticed that the belts are visibly frayed and the hoses appear cracked at the ends past the clamps.

    Questions -
    1. How difficult is replacing all the hoses for an owner of moderate mechanical aptitude? (I do light work on autmobiles - none on boats) Anything under pressure there I need to be aware of? (Boat is on a lift.)

    2. Any other stuff I should do while I'm in there?

Thanks in advance. First post here, but a long time Nautique admirer, short time owner.

RE: Sport Nautique Newbie with Newbie Type Maintenance Quest

The hoses should be relatively easy, and replacing the belt is just like in a car. I would also check or replace the fresh water impeller. Do a search and you will find several theads on how to do it.
