I know this site is global, but I wanted to post a review of CCC service department. I had a great experience yesterday when I picked up my 211 for a few warranty items and some bearing issues on my trailer.
The Service department was great and handled all of my warranty issues with no questions asked. They even gave me an extra "A" bubble logo for the rear "Air" logo at no cost, 20% off a spare tire mount, and had my boat and trailer completely washed and ready to go when I got there.
Their Service department has really turned it around and very nice guys to work with.
