Teak Restoration, methods/products/how to....?

Just about to put the boat in the water for the summer and wanted to restore the Teak platform to its original lustre, or better if possible (its a little roughed up). Could you guys recommend which products to use? Methods of application etc...?

Ive been told to power wash the Teak Deck before adding oil, and i also want an oil that wont leak all over the lake and kill the environment if possible.

Let me know any suggestions you may have, thanks again!
