RE: New Keypad
I don't beleive the keypad has the code in it. It is just the imput device. The ECM may need to be cleared. I would try disconnecting the power for about 5 mioutes and then reconnecting. This may reset the ECM. If not you'll have to wait til MondayNautiqueless in San Diego

RE: New Keypad
I figured out there was no primary code stored. I was able to do that through instructions in the book, however my master code from the factory no longer works something wiped out the memory.2004 Ski 206 Limited,Midnight Blue and Black,

RE: New Keypad
MarkP- when my keypad went out (2003 SAN), I ordered a new one and was told by the dealer that the brand new keypads do not have any code programmed in them, you have to program the master code in yourself. I did this on my boat by:
Plugging in new keypad, turn boat power on (main kill switch), press and hold the 1/2 and 7/8 buttons at the same time, system indicator light will be blinking at this time, enter the master code (obtained from a the dealer with Hull ID #), hit start, enter master code again, hit start, system indicator light should be on solid now. After this is done you should be able to enter your primary code if you choose to do so. Basically it is the same procedure to enter the master code as it is to enter your primary user code.
Like I said, my boat is a 2003 so I'm not sure if they changed anything relating to this issue for 2004.

RE: New Keypad
''thedude'' you are absolutely right just got off the phone with CC seems the dealer didn't know this and the code I entered now became My master code so instead of sending another key pad their changing my code on record at CC. Thanks MarkP2004 Ski 206 Limited,Midnight Blue and Black,
