I just got my boat out of storage and I don't apear to be getting any fuel to the engine. I checked the fuel line coming out of the fuel pump and it is bone dry. I assumed my pump was busted, but now I am wondering if there is some sort of fuel cutoff from when it was winterized. I have an 88 SN 2001. ANyting I should check before I purchase a new fuel pump? I move away from the shop that winterized it and all my local shops are busy.

Start tracing it back. It has to be blocked or cut off or your fuel pump has failed. You fuel pump is mechanical if i am not mistaken so its probably just blocked or turned off. My boat has a shutoff valve on the "in" side of the fuel/water seperator a very small brass lever at the top of the FRAM cannister, this could be turned off.
Otherwise check to see if you have fuel coming to the pump. If so and its not leaving when you turn the engine over the pump may be your problem. Hope this helps.

My mechanic ended up buying a new pump and installing it. Boat still didn't start up. They then vacuumed gas all the way through the new pump and then the boat finally started up. I think I got hosed and ended up paying for a new fuel pump that I didn't need. I guess it is one less thing to worry about in the future.
