PCM Breaker tripping 06 211. Any suggestiopns.

My breaker for the pcm power has tripped a few times. The boat is completly shut down when this happens. Nothing works. I have to wait for it to cool off before it will reset. This has happened while surfing only and has happened while surfing either port or starboard. I thought orginally it might have been the extra bag in the port side laying against the breaker panel allowing it to overheat. I do have my tower lights wired into the courtesy lights with a relay so I don't think they are pulling to many amps out of the system. I also run my amps close to full volume and then control the speaker volume from my Ipod and think this might run the amps up at the breaker. I am going to take out the lights and the stereo out the problem by leaving them off next time out and see if it happens again. Any one have any suggestions?

With the music amps all running hard and engine at a low RPM, without adequate alternator charging (due to low RPM) you may be pulling down the voltage on the battery(s), thus to keep everyone happy (amps, engine, etc.) it needs to pull more current, thus tripping the breaker.
