I have a 2007 211 Team Edition. The Perfect Pass is in Digital Pro mode. When I set it up to drive at 36 MPH the PP engages but only accelerates to 30.5 MPH and 3770 RPM. I contacted PP and here was their response:
I'm not running it in RPM mode but MPH mode. The speedometer is accurate but they had this comment:
I would think a factory installed option would be properly calibrated for the boat. I'll play with this on Saturday when I'm back up at the lake. Does this reflect other's experience with Perfect Pass and the 211?
Do you use timing to calibrate the Perfectpass? If not you can change
the baseline manually and manually calibrate the speedometer on Perfectpass. You will need a Gps or a boat speedometer you trust. Highlight the arrow in the upper right hand corner of the screen and press the "v" key. This is the baseline adjust screen, press the "menu" key to highlight the baseline. Highlight the arrow once more and press the "v" key and you will be in the speedometer calibrate screen. You can now calibrate the speedometer to your Gps.
Just remember the speed is controlled from the Rpm baseline from
24-36Mph. The set Rpm value is Baseline + Skier weight + 15% of the crew weight

Then you have to adjust your baseline value up until your boat is
holding 36 Mph. Even though the speedometer is accurate it is controlling from the Rpm. Your Rpm for 30 Mph seems a little high maybe a new propeller will help that out.
