Fuel Pumps with no power 2000 SAN?

Ok. I put a new motor in a couple of weeks ago. Ran it in the driveway for about 20 minutes about 2 weeks ago. Then went on vacation. So now I am back and was going to run it to break the motor in. Well the fuel pumps dont have power.

Both the relays are good. They both click and i have tested power coming out of them. plus I went ahead and replaced them too.

I jumpered the neutral safety switch so that aint it.

I tried the safety lanyard. That was not it.

There is definetly a short between the relays and the pump themselves. I ran direct power to each pump and they both run.

When the power leaves the relay where does it go next? It does not appear to be a direct shot to the pumps. Is there another switch that has to be made to make the pumps run besides the nuetral safety and the safety lanyard?

I am thinking I have a oxidized connection or a short. Any suggestions? I think I am going to start taking every wire off and start cleaning them. I also cleaned all the battery connections. The negatives and the positives.
Thanks to anyone who can help me with this problem. The wires dissappear into the harness so its a pain to trace out. :?:

I read a little in the PCM manual online. Says if you dont have enough voltage the Computer wont let the pumps start. Charging the battery now. It had plenty of juice to turn it over so I doubt that is it. And I took it out my fishing boat that I used this past week.

problem solved! A friend came over. Circuit breaker was acting up so we thought. It ended up being the low pressure fuel pump is bad. So its tripping the breaker!
