    Hi Dan,

Good investment. One thing though that you need to keep in mind. It uses a lot of air so you'll need a high volume compressor. Optimally it requires 11cfm @ 90-110psi although I used my compressor which produced 7.7cfm @ 90psi. I just had to stop occasionally to let the pressure build. It does come equiped with air volume and water volume control valves. Like I suggested, you should specify a HooK-it II disk (also called reverse hook) sander model # 7544RH. This puts the soft felt on the sanding pads and are cheaper to buy at 50/box then the Hook-it I at 100/box. I didn't realize this till after the fact and ended up ordering the disk seperately from Hutchins. 3M Hook-it II sanding disks are available at any automotive paint/body supply house or on the internet. Grit 800 is PN 00870, 1000 PN 00869, & 1500 PN 00850. I only went to 1500 and that was good enough so I don't know the PN's for the 1800 or 2000. I would also suggest an inline air tool oiler.
If you have any other questions you can email me at jag459@earthlink.net. Let me know how it goes. Goodluck
    Joe

On my last post I described Hook-it II sanding disks as having the soft felt loops. That was incorrect, the pads have the hooks and the sander's disk has the soft felt loops. Too many Hook-its on the brain!
