This is not a problem or anything, but does anyone have any advice on what to do to restore marks like these around the boat?

Looks like a ton of dock rash. Your best bet would be to strip the graphics off of there and then wheel it and do any neccessary gel coat/fiberglass work and then apply new graphics if you want to do it right. -

If the gelcoat is OK and smootrh you might be able to touch up the graphics with an airbrush.Nautiqueless in San DiegoComment
