Great site!
I've owned my '97 196 Master's edition since new. It's completely babied and whatever the boat needs the boat gets.
After 11 seasons, the carpet is starting to look a little tired. It's not thread bare and I clean it every fall before going into storage so it looks ok, but it's the one area that give's away the boat's age.
Does anyone here have experience with a maintenance/restoration organization in the Twin Cities of Minnesota that does carpet replacement on these boats?
As an alternative, I'd like to hear from any folks that have done it themselves on their CC. I've always done all the maintenance myself on this boat since Cal Brown passed away in 2004, so I'm not afraid of that route either.
