Oil Drain Hose 97 SN gt-40

I need an oil drain hose so I can drain the oil through the plug. Does anybody know where I can get one, and what the size is? Also, I really dont like using a fake-a-lake or disconnecting any hoses. Is there a fitting so I can screw my garden hose directly into the cooling system?

    Thanks

You can get a pump from ITT that will make changing the oil much easier, that will thread onto the dipstick, or, if you put in a drain hose, you can put on some adapters and do hot oil changes without taking the boat out of the water.

The pump can also be used to suck all the oil out of the transmission.

It is a brass pump and the part number is ITT 34060-0130

The oil drain hose is ITT 18080-0000

The flush kit is a Perko 456 DP6 (1 inch ID hose) or a Perko 456 DP7 (1-1/4" hose). These work well, my only issue with them is that there is nowhere for the excess pressure to go, so, if you have high water pressure, you'll blow a seal somewhere on the engine if you do not turn on the water when you start the engine, and turn it off when you stop it. I made a tee fitting that bleeds off the pressure, and prevents this.

I think you need the 1 inch hose system. I also mounted a fitting on the transom, and then ran a hose to the fitting kit so that I dont have to lift the engine box to flush the engine, which is nice when the boat is full of gear, and you are flushing it at the ramp.
