I started my 2005 SAN 210 before i left to the lake, when i got the boat in the water, i turned the key and got absolutely no electrical. I gently bumped my fist near the starter a few times and then i was able to get electrical and start the boat. Anyone know of what wires could come loose behind the ignition key slot during the trailer ride to the lake?

RE: No electrical juice at all
Sounds like a dead spot on the starter armature or possibly loose wires at ther starter or solenoid. It could also be a grounding issur with the solenoid. Puyy all the wires and solenoid. Clean them and the contact between the mount and solenoid. then re attach everything. If its a dead spot in the armature of the starter it will be intermittent and replacement is the only option. I would work on the ground/ corrosion solution first.Nautiqueless in San Diego
