Warranty Work by other than a Nautique Dealer

An associate was telling me that our area dealer has had some very long lead times for repair work in the past.

If the dealer cannot address a situation in a timley manner does Correct Craft have a policy regarding Warranty Work being done by other competent repair shops?

Generally not, one of the terms in the warranty state the customer is responsible to bring the boat to a Authorized Dealer. If it is a motor issue you might find an authorized PCM repair center. With how specific these boats are built I would only go to my Nautique dealer.
