Sorry for being late about talking about what was causing my high idle. When I installed perfect pass I had the cable slightly to tight. it pushed the throttle cable forward and made the engine idle a little high because of it. it threw me off because it didn't happen all the time but since I re adjusted it I have had no high idle issues. I will probably work with it a little more because I have to push the handle pretty far forward before it engages. much better than a fast idle though.

Any one else have this issue ? Or any pointers on installing this iac ? I’m having the same surge at idle issue , just bought and iac. Have not yet installed hoping it fixes my issues, if not can I just unplug the tps and run the boat like that without causing issues ?

Unscrew the old part and screw the new one back in. It's pretty straight forward.

I took the TPS off, but I do not see any part number. Anyone know where to get one and what the part number is?

Base part number for TPS is 9B989, but you'll need to figure out which variant has the right connector. Download the service manual from the manuals tab above (under 'Other PCM Manuals') and you'll find the part numbers with the blurb about each sensor.
