yellow stain on gel coat

I have a yellow stain about 6"-1' long on each side of my '02 196 at about the water line just in front of the windshield. I've never had that before. I don't know if I didn't wax there well enough or what happened. The boat doesn't usually sit in the water for more than three days at time without coming out and getting washed before being put in the garage. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you clean it?

Lysol toilet bowl cleaner will take it right off, along with whatever wax is there, so remember to wax afterwards. We use the gel version....put some on a spong, rub it on the area, let it set for a couple of minutes and you will be amazed.
