where can I get these parts?

I need the following:

gas shock to hold glove box lid open
one (black) engine box latch (on outside that holds lid down, not the inside latch holds the lower portion down).

Where can I get these? I asked my local dealer/marina on Saturday and the guy wasn't much help?!

A good Napa auto parts store can also get them for you. The napa versions are offered in 20 and 40lb. The stock is 20lb, and last about 2 years in my experience, and the 40lb is almost to heavy, but its on its 3rd year for me.
