15A Circuit Breaker tripping on PCM GT40

Last weekend with the kids. Got one excellent day of skiing and boarding. Next day, normal running around noon, we anchored mid lake and took a 30 minute swim break.
Engine started right away, ran about 2 seconds and tripped the 15A circuit breaker on engine, engine died. Reset breaker, repeat. I cannot find a wiring diagram for this year/model. What is this CB for? Anyone have a wiring diagram?
    99 Air. PCM GT 40.

Low pressure fuel pump. The pump notoriously goes bad and pops the breaker after running for a few seconds. That would be my guess.

I measured the resistance on the low pressure pump to be 3.2 ohms. Is this nominal?

Somewhat delayed update... While on business in West Michigan a week later (Sept 07), got a copy of the PCM GT-40 engine wiring diagram from a helpfull technician at the local CC dealer. Sure enough, 15A CB is for the low pressure fuel pump. Ordered, installed and back to running again, just in time for winter storage. Good guess Fifteenoff!

You can download the whole GT-40 service manual from this site.

Does anyone know when the 20amp circuit breaker noted in the GT40 EFI manual was replaced with the 15amp breaker for the low and high preasure fuel pumps?

BTW, I have a 1997 Ski Nautique with the GT40, and it has the 15 amp verses the 20 for the fuel pumps and the relays.

I'm troubleshooting this same issue right now (15amp breaker tripping after a few seconds of running). When I hotwire my LPFP it cycles normally. Could it still be the problem? (I've replaced my HPFP and Fuel Pump relay during the Diag process)
