Removing Starter from 03 SN 206

I have to get my starter rebuilt and need to remove it to do so. Is this project fairly simple for someone who is not very mechanically inclined? If so, are there any instructions on the web that you know of? Do I need a bitchin' set of tools? Otherwise, I'll take it to the dealer. I would like to start learning how to work on the boat however, just so I don't feel so useless and girly-like. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

1. Unhook battery
2. Disconnect wiring from starter.
3. Remove two bolts holding starter to engine.

Yep, it really is pretty simple. I had to replace the starter on my '03 Excalibur. There's really nothing to it.
