What is the fuel filter housing diameter? I am trying to buy a heavy duty one because I just broke my old one trying to winterize this beast.

I measured 3.388 on mine, 1997 Ski with GT-40. I use a K-D No. 190 Oil filter wrench to remove mine, I have done several, and have not broke the wrench yet. My Wrench even has , Made in USA on it. My calipers did not reach all the way around the cannister, I think the actual diameter might be slightly larger.
Make sure you are turning the canister the correct way. Sometimes I get confused, and tighten it instead of loosening it.Comment
