    Try this site.

If you know the compressed and extended length, the connection type (i.e. 10mm ball socket) and the strength rating (40lbs, etc.) then you can find what you need.

I bought the small shock for my glove box from these guys and its was less than $30 shipped, was 5lbs stronger than the stock one and arrived in 3 days.

I have a 92 SNCB 196 and my boat did not originally come with a gas shock on the glove box door but have considered retroing one in there. How long is your glove box door shock? Where does it mount on the glove box door and inside the glove box itself? Have any pics so I know what type of mounting brackets to look for?

        Thanks!

try Mcmaster.com, I found some on this site that I was able to match up for the rear trunk, glove box door, and the ski locker. I had to mess and measure, but these were much cheaper than buying them from a marine supplier, and you can adjust the pressures to what you think would work better.

Sorry I don't have any pics right now. I remember the shock is IIRC 5" compressed and 7.5" extended. I remember it being 5 and 7 and the pressure I bought is 25 lbs. The stock one was 20. The end caps are 10mm ball sockets.
