I know I have to run antifreeze through the maifolds and heat exchanger, but whats the easiest way to Fog the engine. Do I really have to pull all the plugs or can I just rev it up to 2000 RPMS and spray it in the intake??

Complete winterizing instructions can be found here. The fogging oil will just burned out by the running engine. Pulling the plugs is the best way.Comment

Per the info that Jeff provided links to, there doesn't seem to be any consensus with regard to "fog" or "not to fog". His recommendation is to consult your local CC/PCM dealer to find out what they recommend in your part of the country.
Jeff - since this can be a pretty important step in winterizing, I'm surprised that PCM doesn't have any clear-cut recommendations on fogging the fuel-injected engines. Do you know if anyone has approached PCM about this?2003 SAN (current)

Considering it only takes about 10mins to remove all plugs and spray each cylinder (one at a time so you don't mix anything up) sure sounds like a no brainer to me, perhaps for you V-Drive guy's it may be a little tighter work space but either way I would do it cause it surely won't hurt!Comment

With the flush pro I assume I just need to tape up the intake hole under the boat and put a bucket of 3 gallons of antifreeze in it right?Comment
