I have a 2000 SAN that did not have factory ballast. I installed one 1.5" thru hull with the strainer scoop on it. I have three 1200 Tsunamis that are tied into a 2" manifold. With the valve open the sacs fill effieciently on the fly without using the pumps and when sitting still the pumps will fill my two 440lbs rear sacks and one 670lb center sack before the rider jumps in the water, granted we have to lock down our knee braces aslo.

I have ruled out using a 2" thruhull. I'll be using just one 2 1/2" or possibly a 1" along with it for the 3rd pump. My manifold design is what I'm trying to figure out now, trying to keep it as compact as possible.
Gizmo, or anyone else, could you post pics of your manifold and where you have it located? I have a few ideas using PVC fitings but may use something else.

I cant remember if you said you had a V-drive or not. I mounted my manifold behind the engine near the transom on the port side. I had to run a line from the thru hull which is just in front and to the port side of the v-drive back to the manifold. This is the only area that the pumps could sit in a posistion that will prime them.
I will try to take a pic and post it later.
