Makes sense given that the rubrail on the 2003 Super Air does not go all the way around the boat, while it does on the Ski.

If Im just adding tension to the middle round rubber, do I need to add any silicone or adhesive? Mine has stretched out and doesn't stay in place for very long. I was going to try to tighten it and probably cut off a bit. Do any of you think the already mentioned stretching method will provide enough tension?

Where did you find the ineer and outer pieces of rub rail for $250? Was it used? Best price I found was like 600
