Factory CC tower on a 93 sport

I want to get a factory look but hate the look of the 1st generation FCT. I want to get a factory tower that will fit correctly but not make the boat look older than it needs to be by puting on an antique tower 8-) What have people used to make this happen and do you have pics and info on how it was to install.

I want to go this route because I have seen the likes of monster towers which look decent and substancial but I want one that looks like factory. Help me out.

sorry for the double post, I forgot to say if you order it without powdercoat it is a little cheaper.

I like that look. Anyone else have any experiences with pictures to help me make up my mind. That towere is pretty expensive, but it might be worth it cause it is a look I am seeking

I bought a used FCT and then fabricated new lower legs so that it would fit the smaller SN hull. Less $$ than a New Dimension but more work. A pre owned FCT would be a closer fit on a Sport, may only need to tweak the lower legs a bit for a good fit.

If i remember correctly I paid $1100 for the tower in EBAY auction. Luckily it was local so i drove 25 miles to pay and pick up. $250 to fab the new legs. $150 Powdercoat.

Thats about what you'll pay for a new ND when they run their sale, and it will already fit your boat. Well, maybe a little less, but no worries about modding/measuring and it will come with instructions, screws/nuts, backing plates, and body filler for reinforcement.

The guy I bought the boat from built this one. Did a great job, except it doesn't fold down in front correctly, so I have to take it off to store in garage. Doesn't take long to dismantle.
If you don\'t do it today, you will be one day older when you do!!
