2000 SKI .Circuit breakers or fuses?

Does the black box in the footwell have circuit breakers or fuses for the accessories. On the front there are rubber holders, that appear to have fuses in them. If so are they accesible. I am going to track down a battery drain and was looking to pull fuses one at a time. I didnt notice one for the stereo, where is its fuse?

They are ciruit breakers. They are like the 99's just not on the dash. Maybe it was 98, I can't remember what my 99 had on the dash.

radio fuse is probably inline...

I looked at the breaker box today. The breakers dont appear to be push button type like on the 98-99's. They dont depress, maybe they only move when they trip.Any ideas ?

I believe they only trip out and can be reset.

Yes, they are CB's and plug in type.
