I just put a new rebuilt carb on my boat. Everything went fine except I can't get the idle down below 1100 rpm. set idle adjustment to lowest point and that did'nt do it. not sucking air anywhere. HELP[/b]
check your secondaries to make sure they are not cracking open or stuck open. Also this is a marine carb you put on, because automotive carbs have fast idle cams to make the engines run at a high idle to warm them up when they are cold.
