So here it is i nall of its glory. Fresh out of the wrapper. It was fully celafaned (sp?) wraped and evey piece was covered in foam pipe wrap and the ends were covered with plastic culvert cut to fit. Even the tow pylon was covered with a foam with PVC pipe over that. I didnt get pics of that but here it was partially unwraped.

I did opt for the 2 sets of board racks that came in a box with buble wrap protecting that. My ski buddy and I pre-assembled it and tried to throw it up on the boat to get measurements for the dreaded foam cutting. I just used a screwdriver to take out decent sized chunks then I used that brass bristle brush for use in a drill and that worked AWESOME. Cleans right down to the glass and doesnt chew it up, worked really slick. Just makes a big mess though. We set it back up and after doing some minor tweeking (welding heat warp, one front leg was raised up about an inch) After nagging Wayne (poor guy) a few times to make sure I was all in my head on how to do this, he assured me that is was normal and off we went cutting holes. Here is a couple with my buddy in the boat

Ine of the other crappy things was the backing plated for the front feet were not the correct sexe. They came as a 5x5 square with the holes drilled but they would not physically fit behind the glass where it was supposed to be mounted. Here is the modifications that I had to make to make it fit. These cuts makt them fit wil less than 1/8" of clearance at the cut parts. I am still waiting on confirmation on that being OK. I may have to make some more AL plates with more surface area to go behind there. We will see.

Well, I guess I am at a standstill :???: I got the majority of it taken care of and all the holes are cut and chamfered but I really cant do any more. I called the resin company and asked if I can use the stuff in the cold and she said "Like 60?" And I said "no, like 15" (keep in mind I live in minnesota and am doing this in the garage.) She nixed that real quick. So here I am without being able to finish it but oh well.

All in all I am pretty impressed with the overall quality. The welds are made like a machene did them, the racks are nicely made, but I will be taking a small file to the edges to prevent sctatching the boards and the tow point even has a nylon swivel to prevent rope chafing. It isnt perfect, but they are from variables nearly out of their control. Nice job though. Hats off to those guys.
