Here are some pics of a my shower install on a 206 w/Excalibur.
I mounted the controls at the top middle of the rear locker. I like them in the middle, because they are easier to reach. I then ran the white hoses to the pump which I mounted next to the rear port engine mount (the electrical wires are bundled there). You will need to drill some holes into the stringer to mount the supplied bracket in this spot.
The hot (red) hose goes to the engine plug on the port side of the engine and the cold (blue) hose goes to the outlet side of the raw water pump.
To hook up the dash, look for the same color wire that you used to hookup your pump (this may take some digging under the dash, mine were orange w/ a black stripe and it will be bundled in conduit). Run this wire to your switch or smart pod. If using a simple switch, run a wire from the switch to the fuse panel and install a 10 amp fuse.
