I dinged the prop on my 04' SAN 210. While it was being repaired I decided to purchase a spare from propellersonline, which arrived but did not include a prop key, and I'd like to have spare key. The original key has a small pin in one end that fits into a hole in the shaft, so that the pin stays in place. I've called around and I can find a key that is the right length but without the pin. I haven't called propellersonline but they don't show it on their web site. Anyone know where to get a prop key the same as the original, or opinions on whether it matters if it is exactly the same? Thanks.
