This upgrade is for 2003 - 2006 Correct Craft boats (except the 226) that have the standard non Flip-Up seat. The Flip-Up bolster can be added to any 2003 - 2006 Correct Craft without replacing the entire seat. Only the bottom cushion needs to be replaced.
First, remove the seat from the boat. There are four studs coming up from the seat mounting point in the floor. Remove the nuts holding the seat onto the mounting point. The nuts can be accessed by lifting up on the front of the seat cushion, as shown below. Do not attempt to remove the bottom cushion completely at this point. It is still connected to the bottom of the seat frame by some staples.
Once you have the seat removed from the boat, the next step is to remove the staples that are holding the bottom seat cushion in place. Do this carefully so that you do not rip the vinyl.
When you have all of the staples removed, take the bottom seat cushion out. It should lift right off. You'll be left with just the plastic seat frame on the bottom. You'll see eight holes in the frame that have metal inserts. Those are the holes used to mount the arms of the Flip-Up bolster.
The next step is to mount the bolster to these holes.
It should look like this when you've got the bolster mounted.
The next step is to get the rear cushion into place, and install the holding brace. I did this by placing the rear cushion behind the bolster, and then flipping the bolster into the UP position, and attaching the brace. That way you know that the rear cushion isn't too far forward.
The final step is to pull the end of the vinyl through the rear of the seat, and staple it into position. Try to do this as evenly as possible.
That's just about it. You now have a fully functional Flip-Up seat. The only thing left is to reattach the seat to your boat.
