    LED illuminated cup holders

Easy project, guessing less than 3 hours time, and less than $20 total. Ordered 10 LEDs and holders (less $9.50something shipped from ebay). Popped out the cup holders, drilled some holes, decided to put 2 LEDs per, wired it up, made it quick release in case I ever need to move the seat. Done, super easy (esp. since I was already wired for 12V in the area from speaker LEDs), just gotta zip-tie some wires and see what it looks like this evening. Sorry photos were done with phone, but it'll give you the idea.

Great job. I am thinking of doing the same thing. I have also seen where guys take a piece of plexi and scuff sand the bottom side then drop it into the cup holder to get some light diffusion.
