I would contact White Lake Marine at sales@whitelake.com. They do not have the heater cores listed on their website, but I bet they can get them. You'll get a 10% discount for being a PlanetNautique member.

found one at Napa, think I posted what the part # was on here last year or so? I think mine was from an old Ford Truck, but can't be sure. In any case, if you can solder, just match up the tanks and tube outlet locations, and then solder in the tubes from your old core to the new core. The tubes on mine were a little different.
Heatercraft no longer sells the core for these, and you'll have to update the housing, I believe if you go this route it's over $100.2008 230 TE-ZR6

The one I got from Autozone is oh so close, but not quite. The intake and outlet do not quite match up with the case / bracket. A dremel should fix the issue, but I have not gotten around to it. I haven't really needed the heater since it broke. A $2 hose barb couple and a pair of hose clamps (all that I miraculously had on the boat when the heater core broke) has worked just fine so far. It was a bit hot fixing it though! This is a much better job to do not on the lake. Now

I had the same problem on my 02 SAN this spring. I picked up the core from Napa, part no 6603100, for around $25. Like Chexi, it did require a little dremel work on the case as the tubes did not match up exactly. Also had to drill out rivets on the guides inside the case. Once I had the core installed in the case I redrilled the holes for the guides and riveted back in place. Works great.

Common Problem with cheap fix
This happens to every heater core eventually. I've done 2 the exact same way and saved over $400 off the dealer prices. Just take the whole unit into a local radiator shop and they will be able to look up what common coil unit fits. Then just order it from them or from the local auto parts store and just like everyone else said it works great. The coil is pretty universal the only thing that is nautique specific is the fan wiring hookups.
Hope it works out.

repairing
As mentioned, you can solder them. I had a leak in my original 2 vent years ago (forgot to drain it when I drained the block during a cold spell and it froze). Tube split in several places (bends). I was able to solder it (standard copper sweating solder kit) and it worked fine at least an additional 3-4 seasons (when I sold the boat). Current heater (4 vent 40k btu) has had no problems and is 14 years old. Of course, if you can get a new core for cheap, then not worth the hassle.
