Thanks, its a Malibu VTX. I got my HDPE thru a place in Cincinnati but can be had on line and shipped to ya. Best to buy the HDPE that has fade protection built into it. UVA/UVB stuff injected into it. Should last MANY years.
Yes, boat is listed some say 65/35, 70/30 (rear weighting) as the VTX is 20' boat. We run center and front tanks full. With a bigger boat may not need that much list but that's what we are finding is best for us right now

Couple more pics from Saturday. Had 9 folks out and wave was great. Again, everyone stoked at ridablity of the wave shape, lift, and push. Anyone who surfs will love the NSS style system. My buddy who is 6'2"/230 rides regular was like a little kid, all smiles and stoked at all the lift and push he had and ride area of his wave had 20-30' more length space for him to ride in. All I can say guys is go for it.

Nice job guys! Dont think it's been said...if it has forgive me,
Don't forget to play with the extension of the plates....many times I have found less plate = more push! More plate =longer wave! It changes for different loads. But a tuned surf wave is awesome!

Sorry guys for late response. I screwed my base plates directly into the glass. Like 7 each side. Countersunk the holes in the 1/2" HDPE. Predrill the holes so only threads will grab glass and then thread each screw hole before attempting plate install. Used high quality silicone to seal but probably don't really need it as they are tight. Buy more screws than needed cause U will strip some going in and out to "tap" the threads into the glass. Has so much displacement ya don't have to worry bout them tearing out. A few of us over on the Malibucrew site have done NSS style system and VERY happy with results. We have a fantastic wave that we can adjust to rider preference and we love it. Can adjust to get the push we want ect... Highly recommend the mod. Think I used #10 SS screws, 3/8-1/2"
