I'm calling this the double bacon surf system.
Test fitting - found a major flaw, the actuator mount would stick out into the flow of water and would be a hazard around the swim platform. I've changed the design to a diagonal mount with a pivoting swivel. Still figuring out the 3D trigonometry. I am so glad that I mocked it up before sending it to production.

The first of two surf systems is still being sorted out, I have some real challenges on how to make the "sandwich" that houses the sliding plate without welding. Some others here put together systems for 220's that used rivnuts and threaded standoffs but it didn't seem safe in this 210 application.

Recently I got a close up picture of a factory NSS out of the water and found M6 4mm stainless spacers to separate the plates in the same way so I can now get the pieces cut and tested over the winter. My boat is out of the water but I have a template to work from.

As for part 2 (Supra style), my test fitting was a bit of a disaster as the actuator extension would dig into the wake and make a mess so I'll get back to it when I get the first part dialed in.

I have a Lenco LED switch controller but I will probably use a relay board with a Android IOIO to control the system by bluetooth.

Lots of winter projects to keep me busy!

Here's the last picture before I put it away for the winter, OEM Roswell racks added:

I now have a set of 4 x Airborne 7.0 OEM speakers from a G23 that will be added in spring with a bit more machine shoppin'

BTW, if anybody ever wants to mount OEM Airborne speakers on an older boat, you can get the mounts from Roswell for $150/pair but you'll have to call as it's not a standard listed SKU.
