Got this 2001 SAN a couple months ago, had the upholstery replaced shorty after. Ever since I've been studying everyone's ballast installs on here. I'm just about finished with mine. I got everything from Wakemakers, they were super helpful and answered any questions I had. I removed all the stock pumps and tanks first. I used the factory thru hull and drilled 2 more. I mounted 3 Johnson pumps on an aluminum plate in between the back bench and the ski pylon. I've got 2 750's in the back, a bag in the ski locker, and a bow bag. To fill I used 1" hose. 1 pump each for the 750's in the back, and I Y'd off the third pump to the locker and bow bags. For vents I used 3/4" hose. I replaced all the stock plastic thru hulls with stainless. I crossed the vent lines in the back and used check valves and plumbed it to the stock ballast above waterline thru hulls. For venting the bow and locker bags I installed check valves then y'd it back together and sent it to the stock thru hull on the starboard side. I'm not sure what this thru hull was used for originally, but it had something to do with the stock ballast system. Wiring's not something I'm familiar with, but Wakemakers made it easy. Everything I needed came from them and I just plugged everything in. I mounted the switches next to the old ballast guages. There was just enough room and it looked almost factory made. More pictures to follow.

Got it out today. Wake was incredible. Sorry the pics aren't the best. I'll work on getting more that do it justice. I'm guessing we had 3300 lbs including people. 1500 in the engine compartments, 700 in the ski locker, 300 from the integrated bow, 300 sac on the bow seats and 500 from passengers in the wrap-around seats
