Orlando, FL (July 11, 2016) - Today Aktion Parks announced several improvements to enhance the overall rider experience at its most famous park, Orlando Watersports Complex (OWC).
Bill Yeargin, CEO of Correct Craft (owner of Aktion Parks) stated, “Our Aktion Parks team is committed to continually improving the customer experience at our parks.” Yeargin added, “These changes will reinforce once again why OWC is consistently rated one of world’s top boat and cable parks.”
These improvements include:
- New Rixen cable operator booths on both the Standard and Advanced Cables. These booths replace the original 17-year-old custom-made booths and will help increase the efficiency of both cable systems.
- Modifications to the Advanced Cable include shortening the ropes by six feet and a corresponding extension of the starting dock. Certain to thrill many OWC regulars, these modifications will allow riders more airtime to master more difficult tricks.
- The Advanced Cable will soon have a new wave break running down the center of the lake to reduce rollers creating a calmer water surface, significantly improving the riding experience.
