Orlando, FL (January 11, 2017) -Days after Correct Craft announced its acquisition of Bryant Boats, the Bryant family spoke out in support of the deal.
Jim Bryant and his son Joe founded Bryant Boats in 1990, continuing the Bryant family tradition of boat building spanning over 50 years. For the Bryants, building the best boats in the world has been more than a family business; it’s a family passion.
Jim Bryant stated, “I couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter in Bryant history. Debbie, myself, Joe, and Barbara started Bryant based on strong Christian principals and American ingenuity. We focused on building exceptional products and taking care of customers. These are the exact same principles on which Correct Craft was founded.” “Under this new ownership Bryant will have the resources it needs to grow to a global luxury runabout brand while maintaining its core values,” added Bryant.
Bryant President John Dorton added, “Knowing Correct Craft’s family-oriented culture of service and their long history of excellence in the marine industry, gives me confidence that Bryant’s heritage will be secured with Correct Craft.”
Correct Craft announced it has no plans to change either the location or management teams of the company.
