Official Correct Craft Press Release:
Orlando, FL (September 9, 2019) - Correct Craft, long known for its commitment to people and culture, has launched a new Culture Summit for senior leadership and human resources managers within the marine industry. The Culture Summit will take place on January 14 – 15, 2020 at the Orlando Airport Hyatt Regency. The Culture Summit will explore the importance of effective culture in our companies, include workshops to help attendees identify key aspects of an effective culture, and create an implementation plan for their companies.
Senior leadership and HR personnel of marine companies are invited to apply to attend this unique Culture Summit. Correct Craft will be underwriting the cost of the Summit and has arranged a discounted hotel rate of $99 for attendees.
Industry leaders and speakers will be sharing how having a focus on culture has transformed their businesses in terms of financial and operational results to the benefit of those both in and outside their companies. Participants will interact in hands-on exercises to help unlock the meaning of their company’s culture. It has been said that “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and attendees will leave this summit with a good understanding of what makes a good company culture along with how to implement one at their company.
Bill Yeargin, Correct Craft’s President and CEO stated, “At Correct Craft there is nothing more important to us than our values and culture. We have focused a lot on how to have an effective culture and are anxious to both share what we have learned and learn from others.” Yeargin added, “We have an all-star lineup of speakers who will help attendees of this summit leave with a much better understanding of how to drive results at their companies through culture. It will be a great two days!”
