Official Correct Craft Press Release:
Orlando, FL (September 29, 2023) - Correct Craft, a leading innovator in the boating and manufacturing industry, reaffirmed its core value of "Making Life Better" through a recent day of service at a Habitat for Humanity shelter. Team members from Correct Craft, Nautique, Mach Connections, Ingenity, and Merritt Precision joined forces on September 16, 2023, to make a meaningful impact on a family's life.
A group of 25 dedicated volunteers from these companies worked on a home that is destined to bring joy and security to a family in need. This effort is a testament to Correct Craft's ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities it serves.
The tasks undertaken by these team members were both challenging and rewarding. They helped level out the yard, painted the entire exterior of the house, including paneling and trim, sealed up all the exterior joints and connection points, disposed of large amounts of debris, and installed a moisture barrier along the inside of the home.
This home is one of many that will positively impact lives thanks to Habitat for Humanity and the selfless efforts of volunteers like those from Correct Craft. When Habitat for Humanity opened applications for housing, they received over 500 applications in thirty minutes. Without the support of generous organizations and their dedicated employees, these families would never be able to afford the safe and comfortable homes they deserve.
"Correct Craft is more than just a company; we are a community that cares deeply about the well-being of others. Our 'Making Life Better' value drives us to take meaningful action and serve those in need," said Bill Yeargin, CEO at Correct Craft. "This service day was a remarkable opportunity for our employees to come together and make a real difference in the lives of a family. We are immensely proud of our team's dedication and the impact they've had on this community."
Correct Craft encourages other companies and individuals to consider how they can contribute to their communities, whether through volunteering, charitable donations, or other forms of support. By working together, we can make life better for those who need it most.
