Trey Thurman, a seasoned veteran with 22 years of experience in the marine industry and 17 years at Pleasurecraft, has been appointed President of Pleasurecraft Engine Group. In his new role, Thurman will oversee global operations and drive continued innovation within the Pleasurecraft brands. Trey Thurman remarked, “I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to lead our team and continue the legacy Pleasurecraft has built over nearly five decades of serving the inboard marine industry.”
John Bolton, who brings over three decades of expertise to the table, has been appointed President of Velvet Drive Transmissions. With his extensive experience since 1992, Bolton will spearhead the brand's global operations, focusing on product innovation and growth opportunities. Bolton explained, “I am excited and honored for the opportunity to guide our team and continue the long-standing tradition of quality and innovation. Having a higher purpose makes all the difference.”
Tim Maher, a 14-year veteran of Indmar Marine Engines, has been promoted to President. Maher's leadership has been instrumental in the company's advancements and steady growth, positioning Indmar as a trusted brand in the marine industry. Maher commented, “It’s been incredible to experience Indmar’s growth over the last 14 years – I am honored and appreciate the opportunity to lead our team as we prepare for the next 14 years of sustainable growth.”
Thurman, Bolton, and Maher will report directly to Mark McKinney, the President of Liberty Technologies, a Correct Craft subsidiary that oversees Pleasurecraft Engine Group, Indmar Marine Engines, and Velvet Drive Transmissions.
