Miami, FL (February 16, 2024) - Every Correct Craft boat and engine company won the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, highlighting their dedication to excellent customer service. The awards were announced at the 2024 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® Industry Breakfast.
To qualify, boat and engine manufacturers must achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90 percent or higher from buyers of new boats or engines between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. New boat buyers are independently surveyed during this period.
Recipients of the award include Nautique Boat Company, Centurion and Supreme Boats, SeaArk, Bass Cat & Yar-Craft, Parker Boats, Indmar Marine Engines, and Pleasurecraft Engine Group.
