Official Correct Craft Press Release ---->
Orlando, FLA (September 2, 2009) – The ground-breaking Ski Nautique 200, Nautique’s revolutionary, new ski boat, will exclusively pull the Under 21 World Championships. This marks the first global tournament to exclusively use the innovative, competition caliber Ski Nautique 200.
The Under 21 World Championships will be held October 29 – November 1 in Chapala, Mexico. At this prestigious, world-renowned tournament, the world’s top water ski athletes under the age of 21 will have the opportunity to compete behind the all-new Ski Nautique 200 for the very first time. This new boat will also be available for practice prior to the start of the tournament.
The Ski Nautique 200 provides an incredibly flat wake with minimal trough that produces a smoother exit and allows slalom skiers at all speeds and rope lengths to effectively maintain ski edge, control and direction. The 200 is also ideal for trick skiers as it creates a clean, smooth table and a defined, single peak wake that lets the skier easily feel the top.
“Everyone at Nautique is excited that the Under 21 Worlds will be the first global tournament to exclusively use the all-new Ski Nautique 200.” stated Correct Craft President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “The Ski Nautique 200 will take competitive water skiing to the next level. We are thrilled that the Under 21 participants will be the first internationally to experience this boat’s many positive differences in competition,” Yeargin added.
