Official Correct Craft Press Release
For the fourth straight year, Nautique is the recipient of the NMMA’s prestigious CSI award. This award recognizes Nautique’s excellence in customer satisfaction in the Inboard Watersport Boats category, as part of the 2009 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program.
The Customer Satisfaction Index is an independently-measured standard for accurately assessing customer satisfaction. For 2009, the Marine Industry CSI Award program surveyed over 59,000 boat buyers regarding satisfaction with the boats and engines they purchased between April 2008 and March 2009. Participating manufacturers were required to survey all new boat buyers during this given period. In order to receive the prominent CSI award, recipients had to consistently uphold marks of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction during the last year.
“All of us on the Nautique team are excited to be the CSI Award recipient for the fourth year in a row. This award and many others demonstrate time and time again that Nautique builds the highest quality products and delivers exceptional customer care to each and every customer.” stated Correct Craft President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “This award is a testament to the dedication, integrity and hard work of our entire Nautique dealer network, employees and vendors,” added Yeargin.
