The Nautique Production System combines the traditional Nautique emphasis on quality with Lean and Six Sigma production tools. It emphasizes quality, key performance metrics and supply chain optimization along with employee development and continuous improvement in order to ensure Correct Craft remains builder of the industry’s best boat.
Correct Craft’s President/CEO Bill Yeargin said, “A key element in Correct Craft’s Strategic Plan is the continuous improvement of all we do; the introduction of the Nautique Production System is one of the many ways we will implement this plan and build upon the already legendary Nautique quality.” Yeargin also said, “Our team is excited about the improvements we are making in every area of our business.
