Orlando, FLA (July 5, 2007) — Correct Craft, Inc. announced today that it has implemented a new extensive employee development program.
All new employees will go through an extended employee orientation followed by monthly training. Correct Craft is also providing a weekly marketing class, increased safety training and an intensive Lean Six Sigma program. As part of this program several Correct Craft managers are currently working with Villanova University to earn their Lean Six Sigma certification.
Correct Craft is also implementing a voluntary Saturday employee development program for those employees who would like to improve their skills. This program is designed to offer those employees who choose to participate an opportunity to develop skills that will help them further their career.
