ORLANDO, FLA (April 13, 2006) — Nautiques by Correct Craft recently signed the 2005 Pro Wakeskate Champion Brandon Thomas as its newest Team Nautique member.
A Florida native, Thomas has been riding for five years and started competing in 2003. Thomas has won three Pro Wakeskate Tour stops as well as placing second and third numerous times. Thomas’s other accomplishments include: 1st place at the Tige Pro-Am Marathon Keys; 1st at Scott Byerly’s Street Jam; and 2nd at WWA Vans Nationals. When Thomas isn’t attending classes at Lynn University, he’s spending his time at the Projects wakeboarding school, riding
and coaching.
“When I was young, I always saw the Nautiques going to the lake to be water tested. I always dreamed of becoming a Team Nautique athlete. I am really excited and look forward to being on the team,” said Thomas. Other Sponsors include: Hyperlite, Reef, Arnette, Performance, and the Projects.
