ORLANDO, FL (February 16, 2006) — Orlando-based boat builder Correct Craft, Inc. is the recipient of its fourth consecutive J.D. Power and Associates® award for highest customer satisfaction in the Ski/Wakeboard segment of its 2006 Boat Competitive Information Study.
Correct Craft President Terry McNew said, “We are humbled to receive this prestigious award for a fourth straight time. The only way you can achieve this award four times in a row is to be consistent in every aspect of your business. That consistency is a result of being in business for more than 80 years and having the best dealers, service centers, suppliers, and employees in the industry.”
In addition to providing an analysis of product satisfaction and quality highlights, the study ranks boat manufacturers on an index of product factors, including the boat’s exterior, features and controls, ride and handling, comfort and convenience, engine and propulsion and maintenance.
Correct Craft’s vice-president of sales Gary Meloon said, “This achievement is truly the result of a collaborative effort on the part of our entire team in our pursuit of superior quality, performance and customer service. We are delighted that our customers recognize our efforts.”
The J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Boat Competitive Information Study is based on responses from a total of 12,255 owners of 2004 and 2005 model-year boats registered between June 1, 2004 and May 31, 2005. See www.jdpower.com for more information.
