ORLANDO, FL (September 21, 2005) —At the second annual Wake Awards presented by Wakeboarding Magazine, Team Nautique riders Danny Harf, Shawn Watson, George Daniels, and Shaun Murray took six out of twelve awards.
Harf cleaned house winning three awards this year. An unbelievable rider, Harf was voted the number one rider by the reader’s. As if that wasn’t enough, Danny also took the title for “Best Wake Rider” for the second year in a row, and also “Best Wakeboarder” for 2005. Harf stated, “This was such an honor and I want to thank Wakeboarding magazine and all of my sponsors who helped make this possible.”
Team Nautique rider Scott Byerly won “The Legend” award last year, and this year he presented the award to Shaun Murray, “The Legend” for 2005. Daniels, an extremely talented wakeskater, proudly took home the title of Best Wakeskater. Watson won the best video section from the film Relentless.
